About Wreath Bar
Wreath Bar is a holiday concept by Maeson Maine, created to bring people together through experience-driven design, personal touches, and a playful spirit.
Built on the idea that high spirits are the whole point and that the best part of the holiday season is the people you share it with, Wreath Bar offers several ways to connect: a fully dressed festive space for gathering, a hands-on decorating experience, a curated shop, and signature (shippable!) wreath decorating boxes that are sure to become a new holiday tradition.
Maeson Maine, the Portland-based multidisciplinary studio behind Wreath Bar, is led by creative director and production designer Kristin Rocha. Wreath Bar draws directly on Rocha's design sensibility, styling experience, and photo and video production work for national brands including Sperry, Shopify, and LEGO, along with holiday styling for J.Crew, Tuckernuck, and Bath & Body Works.
Rocha founded Maeson Maine as a solo creative practice and has grown it into a multidisciplinary studio, earning coverage in Maine Home & Design and Mainebiz. The studio’s team now includes creatives specializing in ceramics, textile art, garment construction, and printmaking, and continues to evolve in pursuit of its mission: creating spaces, experiences, and objects that spark joy and foster genuine connection.

No! It’s not that serious! Your wreath will already be made, you’re just tagging in for the fun part – dressing it up with the good stuff from our bar of decorating supplies. Make the experience – and your wreath! – your own!

If we said yes we’d be lying! But we really want you to make a reservation to ensure your seat! Space is limited and all seats are available to reserve online, so no walk-in availability is guaranteed.
Our shop and window displays are all available on a come and go basis during regular business hours: Thursday through Monday 10 AM – 7 PM.

Because if you’re sitting in a seat at Wreath Bar, nobody else can pay to book that seat! The second seat also covers the service associated with maintaining Wreath Bar from one reservation to the next.

Of course! Kids are great and our space is family friendly. Children under 16 can be added to any reservation for $45 with our Mini Wreath add-on, which gives them a smaller wreath to decorate and full access to the decorating bar.

We do not sell or serve food or beverages.
It’s our intention to create a festive, joyful, turnkey backdrop for your holiday gatherings, and we hope you will make the experience your own. We do not prohibit eating and drinking at Wreath Bar.

Do you want your holiday party to be fun? Do you want your holiday party to feel special, festive, fresh, intentional, and / or easy? Then yes, Wreath Bar is right for your holiday party! We encourage you to think of Wreath Bar as a backdrop for your holiday gatherings, with plenty of ways to personalize, customize, and modify the experience for yourself and your guests. Although we do have a set pricing structure for reservations we do not force anyone to take or decorate the wreath that is included with their booking!

Our “everything but the wreath” decorating kits are a selection of studio-made & hand-picked trimmings organized around a design theme. They are boxed and ready to dress any 18 or 22 inch wreath and can be purchased online and shipped, or in store at our Old Port Square location!
Grab a few and plan a decorating party, use them to create personal, giftable decorated wreaths, or start a new family tradition in the comfort of your own home!

Our holiday shop sells a curated selection of holiday, gifting, and gathering items, with handmade and vintage prioritized across all three categories. We focus on offering decor that feels nostalgic, playful, and authentic, giftable finds that feel storied, one of a kind, handpicked and / or support focused time spent together, and special pieces for the tables and spaces we share.
