Shipping Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping with Wreath Bar! We’re a small, hands-on business, and we take care to pack every order thoughtfully so it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note that processing time is separate from the carrier’s shipping time. Delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wreath Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at wreathbar@maesonmaine.com and we will do our best to help locate the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Wreath Bar is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you about options for reshipping the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products may be handmade or made in small batches, our return and exchange policy varies by product. Please reach out to wreathbar@maesonmaine.com for any and all concerns.
